Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vecpets and related websites and services operated by Giga Lotus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Vecpets, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You may use Vecpets only if you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • We may require account verification or other security steps to protect the service and player accounts.

2. License to Use Vecpets

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Vecpets for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

This license does not give you ownership of the game, its content, or any related intellectual property.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Vecpets in violation of law or third-party rights;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, or interfere with the intended operation of the service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law does not allow us to prohibit it;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content;
  • harvest data from the service or use the service to attack, disrupt, or overload our systems; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Gameplay, Virtual Items, and Service Changes

  • Vecpets is an evolving online game. We may add, change, rebalance, suspend, or remove features, content, rewards, game systems, or availability at any time.
  • Game progress, pets, inventory, currencies, rewards, and similar in-game elements are part of the service and are licensed, not sold.
  • Some accounts in Vecpets are automated (for example, to keep Marketplace and public leaderboards populated at launch). Automated accounts are operated by us and are not other players.
  • Except where required by law, virtual items and in-game value have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money.
  • If purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features are offered in the future, additional store, platform, or transaction terms may apply.

5. Feedback and Player Reports

If you send us bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, comments, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and otherwise use that feedback to operate, improve, and promote Vecpets without compensation to you.

6. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Your use of Vecpets is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Vecpets may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, app store platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, and support services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Vecpets, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other players or the service, or if we need to protect the game, comply with law, or discontinue part of the service.

You may stop using Vecpets at any time, and you may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Vecpets, including its software, visuals, audio, game systems, text, logos, artwork, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Giga Lotus LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vecpets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giga Lotus LLC and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or access arising from or related to your use of Vecpets.

Where the law does not allow some or all of these limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Vecpets after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Giga Lotus LLC and the jurisdiction in which it is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
